Tatra KT4DT(m) - Beta

Herewith I make the Open Beta of the KT4Dtm available which is still under development, but I would like to share my work with you.

I would also like to thank "Kartoffelphantom", who has allowed me to implement the KT4Dt(m) for LOTUS. Many Thanks!

Also a big thank to Kira for helping with the scripting and setting up the sounds, and of course to DarkMarc for the sounds themselves.
