[NoLoc] English Fix [A10]

This fixes the [NoLoc] bug that happens with many Software Inc. mods.

IMPORTANT

After subscribing, open the game, then go to the top left of the main menu, change the localization to [NoLoc] English Fix for the mod to work.

Keep in mind I have to add each mod manually, so any software mods you wish to be added, comment and we'll see what can be done. (Some mods do not have this bug, so can not be added, make sure the mod you suggest actually has the issue.)
