10 Hudson Yards, also known as the South Tower, is an office building that was completed in 2016 in Manhattan's West Side. Located near Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea and the Penn Station area, the building is a part of the Hudson Yards urban renewal project, a plan to redevelop the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's West Side Yard. Coach, Inc. is the anchor tenant. During planning, the tower was known as Tower C.

@Tomaks: I just did the tests, there’s no problem
- you can find the building in the menu "unique building" Level 6

- with the mod "find it", search "10 hudson"

Hmmm, pretty weird, I am subscribed to this building, but in game it doesn’t show up anywhere, even as unique building, I am searching anywhere for it, but i cannot find it, does anyone else has this problem? Need solution!

@Luminou problem is solved i just banned parking around the building lol, now everyone walks there.
annoying to see huge trucks dropping off deliveries but at least its not as congested at the moment..

@forbesyj9: ... last solution, don't use the RICO mod for this building and use it like "Unique Building" ; )

@luminou thanks for your help i can see how it may work by reducing cargo transport accumulation. but i cannot work out how to use the customize it mod. i have the new extended version of it. but theres no options to change anything when i click on the building

@forbesyj9: I understand your problem, but I don’t think it’s from the building.
this is not the first time I have used these RICO settings and I have never encountered this type of problem.
For me your area does not have enough commercial area and all this concentrates on a single building
May try use the mod "Customize It!" to adjust properties of the building and solve the problem !
