Class Changer

This mod adds a new NPC in the Armory, the librarian with a gear above their head.
The function of this mod now allows a player to change the class of their character without making a new character.
The criteria for unlocking a class requires you to have unlocked the class normally; Thief needs the tavern, Witch Hunter needs the DLC, ect. In addition to swapping classes it will also refund skill points.

The functionality of this mod and prices are currently SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Not all use cases or testing has been done to avoid exploits or game breaking bugs.

If you have modded classes enabled, the menu should show them as well if the mod author has added support.
I will not be notifying any mod authors to add support for my mod, feel free to do so your self.
