I wanted to create some “spammable” warehouses to block out industrial areas; I’ve included a colour map to provide variations to the doors and window frames so as to provide some variety.

There is no illumination map reflecting that these are warehouses and therefore would be expected to be dark during the night. I’m intending to make variants of this model with differing textures.
No custom props – decoration at your discretion.
