This is based on a cut Terran capital ship weapon from X3:TC - the weapon is present in the game files, but does not spawn and cannot be equipped by Terran capital ships if generated with cheats. Several prominent mods reintroduce the Fusion Beam Cannon to the game, allowing Terran capital ships to equip it and adding factories that can produce it.
