I came up with:
<MaxPowerOutput>5.25</MaxPowerOutput> for the XPAR_Solar_Concen_Wide_Large.
this is how I got that number
it's 20.25 times the volume of a vanilla solar panel. (9 * 2 * 9 = 162 for XPAR_Solar_Concen_Wide_Large and the vanilla one is 4 * 2 * 1 = 8, so 162 / 8 = 20.25)
so if you scaled it by volume you would get 0.16 * 20.25 = 3.24 as the Max Power Output.
but this is a solar concentrator wich achieve 50% to at most 70% efficiency
compared to solar cells witch is only 37% efficiency
so if we say its 60% efficient that would mean you would get: 5.25 Max Power Output
