Commander Trains You

In addition to training your commanders to an adequate level, your marshal will also occasionally train you, increasing your martial skill and giving you a choice of traits.

In order for this to happen, you must have the marshal doing the "Organize the Army" job.

If you have a marshal of the Han culture, they can also train you in the ways of their people.

I also lowered the cooldown period from 5 years to 3, making for a slightly faster acceleration to replace all of the commanders you are bound to lose to the heretics and infidels.

Should be fully compatiable with any mod that doesn't change the jobs added by Monks and Mystics.
