If the Light version INGO is working with SWMH then because of load order you should be able to run MNR HIP/SWMH without this.

No, I'm using SWMH, and the Lite version of IHGO. Works fine in my experience.

No, the HIP/SWMH version of MNR is designed around the Some What More Historical map projection. Both this and IHGO will likely crash if loaded with that projection.
However if you are using Vanilla HIP map then this and the Vanilla version of MNR will likely work.

Does it make the HIP version of MNR compatible as well?
