The color on hit is back again. Reworked that whole part of the code.

I updated the code to make the wallpaper go way more smooth and use way less CPU

This pulls alot of CPU so it had to go. Jumped from 16-18% to 2-6% in Idle when i removed this on a R7 7800x3D
