gm_tokyo_v3 (2021)

Welcome back to another revision of gm_tokyo.

This is the third and final iteration of the map, this time with a huge design shift.
This version of the map is more how I envisioned the first two versions when I made them. With over a year of mapping practice, trial and error, redoing this version three times, and studying the design of the Tokyo map from Midnight Club 2, I am pleased to present a more "scenic" and "era" capturing map.

This is the complete version of the map, this time there are only 3 borders, each at the edge of the map. Thanks for being patient I hope it was well worth the wait and have fun exploring the new streets!
Please be sure to uninstall or disable the unfinished release of gm_tokyo_v3 before installing this one!
