It's the Heavy from Team Fortress 2! This man probably had the best selection of cosmetics for a Survivor replacement; everything fits together perfectly! Heavy comes with facial animaitons (they've been updated), eye tracking, RNG that changes his Team Color for every map change, and the typical viewmodel.
