Ploppable buildings - Growable version here

A set of matching buildings for building a military base or camp. 8 buildings included:

2 residential L1 1-floor dormitory - buildings 920 and 930
2 residential L1 2-floor dormitory - buildings 960 and 970
4 commercial L1 service buildings - building 940 (laundry) and 950 (mail exchange), and auxiliary buildings 947 and 982.



These are ploppable versions which will act as functional, low-density buildings with Ploppable RICO mod. Without the mod, you can still plop them, but they won't be functional.

The lots are empty and only a few props are used (roof vents) as to be most flexible. You can place your own props and paths around them as you want.

The models are optimized and low-poly (between 615-2424 tris), and they all share the same textures (2048x1024 diffuse/normal/specular/color/illumination). This means that if you use Loading Screen Mod the amount of memory used for all buildings is closer to 6mb, not 40mb.

The easiest option would be to use Procedural Objects mod and convert the placed buildings to PO. This doesn't require extra assets - just the mod - and you can also convert other buildings/assets to a "prop-like" PO as well ;)


The other option would be to re-import the buildings as prop assets with the asset editor. I don't have the time to perform this process at the moment, but I can send you the model files if you'd like to import them as props on your own ^^

In first screenshot it's small industrial road from Industries DLC. In second it's plain asphalt road with curbs network and decals placed :)

Could I possibly just get prop versions of these buildings? Or better yet, just get the .obj files so I can import them into another asset?

Like maybe make a prison theme with these building. The laundry and aux building fit good building a manual prison too. At any rate this is dope ish.
