Rest in Peace Rick May and Jim French.

The Soldier from Team Fortress 2! He's got the cosmetics that would match Bill's apparel (as close as they can, off course.) The Soldier has facial animations, eye tracking, and True RNG, (he can be either RED or BLU and can change when the map changes {if there are more than one Bills, they will all be the same team color.})

He also replaces the dead Bill model found on The Passing campaign.

You should've used the Cuban Bristle Crisis for this Soldier it's essentially Bill's beard when painted white.

i love how instead of valve having different communities for each one of their games
they have only one community for the source engine

This is an amazing mod, would you perhaps be open to posting another version just like this without the beard and by beret cosmetics and just the stock helmet?
