The Soldier from Team Fortress 2! He's got the cosmetics that would match Bill's apparel (as close as they can, off course.) The Soldier has facial animations, eye tracking, and True RNG, (he can be either RED or BLU and can change when the map changes {if there are more than one Bills, they will all be the same team color.})

He also replaces the dead Bill model found on The Passing campaign.
