Nextbot Pack (broken)

adds sanic based sprite nextbots to your gmod. Dont use if you have a weak pc, it will probably crash or freeze you on map load.

Changes that differ from default sanic bots (only affect some):
-More sounds
-Fixed killicons
-Won't wreck your contraptions
-Won't send u skywalk
-No multiplied damage while in vehicles
-Doesn't look flat from above
-Decreased damage by 2 digits
-Can be picked up with Physcannon
-They bleed
-Friendly counterparts that fight NPCs for you
-Entities that just stand still n' chill, they have physics so you can weld and move them
-You can now drive them
-Will never get stuck, when they don't move they will teleport in 20 seconds

-npc_*botname*_speed_multiplier 2 | set the nextbots move speed
-npc_*botname*_acquire_distance 262144 | distance at which bots find thier target
-npc_*botname*_spawn_protect 0 | when 1, bots wont attack freshly spawned players
-npc_*botname*_attack_distance 64 | how far the bot can hit
-npc_*botname*_attack_interval 0.2 | how fast the bot hits
-npc_*botname*_attack_force 100 | higher values make hit things fly
-npc_*botname*_smash_props 1 | if it should unfreeze props (obsolete)
-npc_*botname*_hiding_scan_interval 3 | how often they should search for hiding spots
-npc_*botname*_expensive_scan_interval 0.9 | set higher if bots cause too much lag
-npc_*botname*_hiding_repath_interval 1 | how often the path to a hiding spot should be redetermined

Bugs:
-TF2 sniper replaces combine sniper npc, but somehow still works as functional sniper
-Some sprites might have inaccurate size, for example the neptunia girls
-The nextbots sometimes teleport when jumping
-Nextbots tend to teleport even when not stuck, this happens when speed is increased
