[WotC] Remove Dark Event (Grim Horizon Lite)

The player can initiate a covert action in the Resistance Ring to remove a random active Dark Event. This requires a high level of influence with the faction and a faction soldier of rank Captain or above to initiate. There is a risk of injury, ambush, and capture. A cost of 35 intel is required to remove one of these risks.

Is Grim Horizon required? Yes. This mod automatically enables Grim Horizon. Without Grim Horizon on, the Dark Events will often disappear before you can initiate or complete the covert action. Which makes them pointless. And you love/hate Grim Horizon! That's why you're here!

Is this compatible with Long War of the Chosen (LWotC)? Yes it is. Thanks to ragnakore for confirming this.

What difficulty are the default settings for? I suggest reducing the default settings for Commander and Legend difficulties.

Where are the config files? Typically they are found in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1548905424\Config

When will the Remove Dark Event covert actions start showing up? For Remove Dark Events to appear in the Resistance Ring, you must have the proper influence with the faction. After that, it is random whether or not they are available during a particular month. There is a config option to force Remove Dark Event covert actions to show up every month.

Does this work mid-campaign? Yes. This mod requires the Grim Horizon setting enabled. The mod automatically enables Grim Horizon if it wasn't enabled at the start of the campaign. Removing this mod does not disable Grim Horizon for your current campaign.

Does this work with other mods that add new Dark Events? Yes. This mod selects from the "active" Dark Events list (see this mod's profile picture), to which all permanent Dark Events are added.
