Carlos

This is a Thomas & Friends character, who - I believe - has only appeared in the film 'The Great Race'. Carlos is from Mexico, and was one of the very under-utilised international engines that appeared in the film. Some of the others were Axel (from Belgium - based on the SNCB Type 12) and Ashima (from India - based on the Nilgiri Mount Railway X class). As for Carlos, he is based on the National Railways of Mexcio GR-3 class 2-8-0.
