so ive downloaded this mod but its not working on every map with beaches, is it a glitch?

I placed these in my city with no problem. I even played and exited a few times with no problem, but now all of a sudden I have this error message in the output_log and I can't open the city (not sure if that is related to this message or not, trying to test now).

Could this error be game breaking??

Love this!
One question: the only way I found to make this asset visible from a decent distance is by using Ultimate Level of Detail mod, and setting the "Building LOD distance" to the maximum -- which is 10000 Good Luck! :)
Problem is this setting affects every building, and all other buildings I have are totally fine with lower and more "FPS-friendly" distances...
Am I missing something, or is this the only way to make this visible from distance?
