The second chapter to the popular Revelations mod brings two new dangerous floors to start your journey through the circles: beware of the freezing cold, the wandering draugr, and the conveniently placed hockey pucks of the icy Glacier, and try to survive the many deadly traps and the persistent resurrecting enemies of the heretical Tomb.

16 unique and new bosses await for you in the cold and in the sand. Prong, a friendly narwhal, wants to play with a smile on his face. Maxwell, a manic demon, is ready to jump at you. Catastrophe, familiar friends, just need some attention. And more, way more.

A cavalcade of 61 new items await you. Shoot a burning stream of fire with Burning Bush, cut a bloody mess out of your enemies with Super Meat Blade, grow an army of friendly vegetables with Cabbage Patch. Some of these you'll have to face your sins to obtain.

Play as two new characters: Sarah, a fallen angel trying to gain back her wings, who has to keep her evil at bay; and Dante and Charon, a wandering traveler and the ferryman of the dead himself guiding him, journeying through the circles and trying to find the road.

Reflect on your misdeeds.

Revelations CH2 contains all the content from CH1 bundled into one neat package, with an updated and refined Glacier since the Neapolitan Update.


As above, the mod requires the StageAPI mod and the Mod Compatibility Hack mod.

As of the Neapolitan Update, map icons for Revelations' custom rooms are avaiable using the MiniMAPI mod by WofSauge and Taz!


DO NOT ENABLE REVELATIONS CHAPTER 1 ALONGSIDE THIS INSTALLMENT. THIS ENTRY + STAGE API + MOD COMPATIBILITY HACK IS ALL THATS REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLETE REVELATIONS EXPERIENCE. RUNNING THE CH1 MOD ALONGSIDE THIS VERSION WILL CAUSE HUGE ISSUES. SUBBING TO THIS ENTRY WILL PROMPT A DOWNLOAD OF STAGE.API. MAKE SURE YOU ACCEPT IT!

TO AVOID A PURELY VISUAL BUG, RESTART ISAAC AFTER DOWNLOADING AND ENABLING THE MOD FOR THE FIRST TIME.


Due to issues in the way Isaac downloads Steam Workshop mods with a large download size, a lot of users report strange errors the first time they install the mod or download a major update, which are caused by missing files.
To fix this, try redownloading the mod by:
-Closing the game
-Deleting the mod's folder (found in Documents/My Games/The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods/revelations_somenumber)
-Restarting the game
If you had download issues, it should be fixed by doing this. Might need a second try, but this should fix 99% of the major bugs found after first installing the mod.
If it doesn't work, try this download mirror[drive.google.com] instead.


If you get a black screen after launching the game (can happen on Linux usually), go into the mod's folder (found in Documents/My Games/The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods/revelations_somenumber) and launch:
-If on windows: hard_disable_shaders.bat
-If on Linux (might need changing perms): hard_disable_shaders.sh
