Sorry, I have been offline for a few days. I will test out as soon as I can get the game working. They did an update and now the game won't even start. Pisswah!

@bobo8734, I didnt hear back with you. Did you get a chance to see if the HVs were able to be built in your game. My first suggestion was that if your using it on a server the Admin may have a set restriction on this type of blocks. I tired a new game and everything looks good with the 8.6.3

Are you going to do an update to this design so it will spawn in 8.6.2? I love the design but can't build it because of illegal blocks (or something like that).
