Ellis Stories Zombie Sounds (READ DESCRIPTION)

might be my most obnoxious mod ever! making all the zombies sound like Ellis either screaming or telling a story.

You need to extract the sounds from the vpk and replace your default zombie files because rebuilding the audio cache with vpks does not work. the easiest way is to install l4d2 authorizing tools, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\bin (after you install authorizing tools) and find "vpk.exe" put my vpk (should be your latest vpk in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop) and drag my vpk onto vpk.exe and a folder should appear. open the folder and put all the sounds into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\npc\infected (back up the folder before you replace the files!). once that is done open left 4 dead 2 and type in the console "snd_rebuildaudiocache" once its done restart l4d2 and play with the new sounds without the screeching.
