Achievement-compatible.

Mod adds:
- background texture visible from the start of the game
- dust texture
- golden nebulas
- subtle particle effects in the core and the middle of the galaxy

@Agami Thanks for this mod!

Sorry for the nitpicking but could you please for the next mod update, add the "v" letter for "supported_version" property in the descriptor.mod file. Otherwise, it doesn't work. You can also set it to "v3.*" so you won't have to update it for every minor version.

Ви оновили мод ? бо зникли абсолютно всі кордони імперій з назвами і гербами. І я помітив що це пов'язано саме з вашим модом а не оновленням гри.

Hi the mod is not working with the most recent update (3.12) there are no boarders or colours

can confirm that it works with the new maps, got a game running starburst atm and looks fine.
