The B.U.D.D.I.E.S. Pack

This is the early release of the B.U.D.D.I.E.S. Pack, which, as of right now, includes a bunch of flagpoles, a handful of patches, some map markers, a few uniforms, and a couple berets using the B.U.D.D.I.E.S. group logo, as well as a faction using RHS, USP, CUP, and NIArms.

I will be working on adding whatever other miscellaneous things I can put the B.U.D.D.I.E.S. logo on, so there's always something to look forward to.

Everything at this point is mostly working as intended. Hooray!
