I haven't seen a standalone version on steam workshop so here it is

"In short, armor is virtually worthless, despite being the intuitive way to improve one's defense; while percent damage reduction (%DR) is the dominant defensive mechanic, despite being not-at-all prominent in the UI and only available from a few items and skills. By making armor automatically give %DR, this mod makes armor relevant again (at least up to 4000 armor) and makes players less dependent on %DR items and skills."


Important: I added a potion that enables the effect for already existing characters, is sold by the general merchant at the estherian enclave . Also, it will conflict with mods that change player's inventory
