"Raymond James" logo prop is not placed on the asset.

Raymond James Tower is a 21-story skyscraper and is the second tallest building in Memphis, Tennessee. The building is clad in carmen red flame cut and polished granite, and is topped with a 61-foot spire, which is a distinctive feature of the Memphis skyline. It is located at 50 N. Front St. and is currently home to Raymond James, formerly known as Morgan Keegan & Company. (wikipedia).

@alegdansk unlikely i'll ever make a building from New York. I prefer to make stuff from smaller cities.

Love it. You should make the Epic Center, Garvey Center, and The New York Life buildings in Wichita, KS. My hometown :)

@bjohnson2312 5) i first started this building in 2016 and absolutely wanted it off the table immediately 6) I never even considered the logo until 30 mins prior to taking screenshots, and some of the screenshots reflect no logo. 7) I made the NBC/Suntrust/I-Bank/One Commerce Square without any of those logos. 8) I made the First Tennessee building without it saying "Tennessee"

@bjohnson2312 obviously I there are logos, but 1) I'm still used to it being called Morgan Keegan 2) actually have never heard it referred to Raymond James building 3) 90% of the people that subscribe will have heard of neither 4) the Raymond James logo was made 30 mins before publishing this asset and has more tris than the building itself and had no time to optimize.
