The Bombard Cannon

Omschrijving
This mod adds a Large and Small Bombard cannon. As well as an elevation crank box and a small reinforced wheel.

What the mod adds:

-The large and small bombard cannon: You can load the cannon with black powder charges, then fire it with anything you can put it its barrel. The cannon simulates barrel heat and this increases the chance that the barrel explodes. Possible killing anyone nearby. The cannons are designed after real cannons made in 1430-1450.

-Elevation crank box: This little block will move precisely up and down and can be used to set the elevation of your cannon, or anything else you can imagine.

-Small reinforced wheel: This is a strong wheel that looks well with the cannons.

For survival and multiplayer mode the cannons are extremely expensive to make and fire as well as the generated heat to limit its firerate. This to hopefully make it balanced. The research is found at the end of the Military branch.

@kyro2024 I haven't played in years, but from what I can remember is you add powder (needs to be in inventory), place down an item as a loose object, slide it down the barrel, then head to the fuse at the back and light it. It can be a little hard to actually light the fuse as its hit-box is a little off if I remember correctly.

Ah, alright, thanks. It's not exactly I 'want' smokeless, it just causes alot of lag when using the cannons, but I can cope with it. Thanks for the amazing work on the mods!

No, if you want smokeless you need to use the cannons from the modern guns mod

You need to have the research unlocked. Parts are made in both the forge and the furnace

doesn'T work in survial, there is no icon or entry to make the bombard parts

I realy want this mod, but i not want rails (also "manufacturing box" and "refinery" will be added in tools)

Can you please create mod without dependencies with "rails", "manufacturing box" and "refinery"
