~ People who use a steam achievement unlocker to get all achievements for a game. This can result in a VAC ban you can report these people. Currently there is no legit player who can obtain shogun's armour pieces anymore due to a hacker who has the top 4+ spaces on the leaderboard for himself. GL HF!

To get the Shogun armour pieces you'd need to get the achievement required. If you can unlock the achievement somehow, you'll get the pieces. Dunno how you'd go tricking Steam into thinking you had the achievement though.
