you go to the list menu thing whilst in the game. click on "Liveries" and click either the right or left arrows on the image to the right in this menu. you click spawn or what ever and it gives it to you, you hold it and place it on track like a normal train. this menu im talking about is only able to be found ingame when in a layout. you can press ESC while in a layout to find it easier.
