With this data set, outposts can now attack like watch towers!

The outposts can also have a garrison of 2 units (but not monks or stable units).

They have 2 attack points and a maximum of 4.

Let's create outposts!

You can use it in a scenario but I think people will have to subscribe to this mod and play the scenario with the modified data in a standard game. To test your scenario (to see if it works with the new data), you'll have to do the same thing.
