Spectre Vanish Fix

Now Spectre reveals himself when shooting.

On the XCOM2 wiki you can read that Spectre is being revealed when using any non-movement action. Which was not true, but with this mod it becomes a reality.

This should be compatible with everything.

This is vanilla bug but In theory, Spectre can use Horror when being hidden. It shows him up, but does not trigger reveal animation. I didn't see that ingame and this bug is not being caused by this mod. I tried to fix it, but game hangs when I touch that ability, so I left it as is.
