Moving Bullet Particles

描述

Modifies the bullet particles for the BFE pistol, assault rifle, single shotgun and minigun, as well as the HD Tommygun, so that the bullet particle will change depending on your movement direction. Also adds a bit of random launch direction to some weapons so it's not always the trajectory

This will also modify work on any custom weapon which uses these particles.

@Kharitonov Well Kuber made a shell casings for the VR shotgun, so it may be possible, but it's outside my abilities.

Also is it even possible to make 3d casings that can interact with world (man, even Half-LIfe had this)?

I think this was done because the casings don't actually fall on the ground and Croteam doesn't want you to notice.
