Uploaded with permission from the original creators!

This map was made by bunglist build back in Garrys mod 12 and was on garrysmod.org and of course the toybox. I decided it should get its redemption on the Steam Workshop so here it is.

The map features a large surface area with several airstrips and hangers and a massive underground compound with a large water area for building boats, dark rooms for whatever you need dark rooms for, a racetrack, a fireing range, a zero gravity chamber, and much much more.

All required models and textures are included with the map, so you only need Garry's Mod to play!

The first three images are the original images from gmod 12 the rest are new images I made for the workshop.
