Reinstalling the game as a whole didn't work for me as well, so I've turned off ALL the mods that changed/added/somehow affected the animation system, (For me it was ACE Extention - Animations and actions, and Animate - Rewrite/Radio from aSmallDinosaur), made sure the game was fixed, than turned them on again one by one - that seemed to fix the problem.
I recommend the Author to somehow mark in the description that this mod is made only for Poster Creators, and is not intended for gameplay purposes at all, and could break your game fundamentally.
For some reasons this mod competely messes the movement and animations, so even if you delete it your game would be basically unplayable, as every single entity will stutter, endlessly repeat broken animations and switch positions, soft locking you. Will update when find solution - checking the game files and reinstalling every mod won't help.
