New outfit for Civilian Faction.

No mod Required, You can find Outfit and headgear in the arsenal or you can take units directly in the civilian faction.

Content for the moment :

105 new equipements :

- 56 outfit
- 49 headgear

Your mod has no bitkey and bisign files, I cant use it on the my server

Hello. I play with my subscribers on a closed noncommercial session server. Can I get bitkey? Or something else, so that people connect to the server with key checking enabled.

Just loaded this mod up and its added about 20 new nato riflemen to NATO (none of them look different from normal riflemen), i thought this was all civilian units
