nvm, fixed it by disabling all my campaign mods.

The effect wont show up and I keep getting

I can't think of anything else to suggest at this moment, btw, does the console say something like "attempted to create unknown effect Volk_fire_FP" ?

i just tested on the standard campaigns and still no effects.. i disabled all mods that show a conflict ( even if the only ones that conflict are campaigns) and still no luck. there must be a mod that conflicts that shows no conflict. thats why i was asking if there are known mods that conflict with yours.
