don't suppose a version of this could be made for the industries DLC where it could work in its intended role as a warehouse? its got a lot more charm than the empty asphalt lot that the vanilla small warehouse is

Another fine building.
Could you make another version of this building without the brick walls on the side and front of the yard? (where the crates and the street connection are) .... (so just the warehouse and loading dock)
