fun fact theres a game on steam called 'better fortress 2' and its gonna have the unused mini dispenser

If they do add a mini dispenser...
I imagine it will only heal nearby Dispensers and Sentries (along with itself).

No, it's not in the wrong place. It's a hexed model. It's a model for GARRY'S MOD, of a custom TF2 item.
