He doesn't plan to. Given he had issues with people stealing his mods and instead of fighting them via Steam Support, pulled a French and surrendered to the thieves.

For those who don't want to manually suit up and arm their units, here is the Kerberos Panzer Cops as a Blufor faction. Just be sure to be subscribed to Zabb's mods and some others for the guns and you should be golden.
