Nowhere is the Kioki Unity and it's stratified society on better display than in the claustrophobic metropolis of it's capital city, Ten-Rui. Aristocrats and nobility exchanged idealistic rhetoric on tangled catwalks high above the dismal streets where vagabonds and slave laborers would toil and wither. Whether foreign or internal stressors lead to it's eventual demise, Ten-Rui serves as a record to history and a mirror for the diversity of the cultures and peoples of the Kioki Unity.
