Materials keep addin up when hot rwealoading any tool. You can fix that by calling:

list.GetForEdit("FDoorMaterials") -- Create empty list
list.Set("FDoorMaterials", 1, "sprites/heatwave") -- add key-value pair
...
list.Set("FDoorMaterials", 21, "models/flesh") -- add another key-value pair
