描述
It contains:

-5 ethic points
-All collective conciousness (gestalt and hive) ethic spend 5 points, so, no more hives and collectives with extra ethics
-Fixed bug where hive minds spawn in great quantities and with extra ethics.
[WARNING]: the changes will only take place when starting a new game
-Fixed a bug due to long time without maintenance which resulted in a grave mismatch between the mod's and the current implementation of 00_ethics, resulting in the appearance of Despicable Neutrals.

This mod overrides vanilla files such as 00_ethics, other ethics mods could be incompatible.

After a long time of my absence, I have pushed a fix for this mod. In my testing the Despicable Neutral issue has been resolved. Would like confirmation.

As long as PDX doesn't change the ethics defines, this mod should not need an update, you can still use it without risk.

Yes. They do, as the defines file also dictates the limits and parameters of AI, not only the player(s).

I noticed because in a mp game with that mod it appeared with two extra ethics, and that won't do at all, so, fixed, also, I'll consider releasing a 4-point version.
