[WOTC] Facility Clearing UI Indicator Fix

Kuvaus
Fixes a behaviour where staffing just the 2nd slot will be showed as the first slot is staffed in the facility menu when excavating.

Also added hooks to modify facility status label.

This mod overrides UIFacilityGrid_FacilityOverlay and is not compatible with any mods that overrides the same class.
Not required if using CHL v1.26.3+ unless you are using mods that specifically requires this mod for the status text hook.

@everyone
If you're using Highlander v1.26.3 or higher, you do not need this mod anymore.

The bugfix from this mod is now integrated into the BETA version of the Highlander.

Is it possible to get >3 staffs for excavation and construction?

Please add new Steam tag "War of the Chosen" here.

@Dragon32, I'm glad I could help. And thank you for all the work you do in finding issues and fixes. Many of your comments on many of the mods I use have been very helpful in making my very stable set up thus far.

@Lebowskichild:
Good spot. Opened up a new Issue for this on Community Mod Launcher's Github: False negative - override detection #148 [github.com]

@bg and anyone else that may be interested.

It looks like the culprit might be [WotC] RW Realistic Non Self Building Facilities,

https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1151690543

Seems it overrides UIFacilityGrid_FacilityOverlay. However it does not show me that in the overrides tab menu of alternate mod launcher.

Hope this helps anyone that has the same issue in the future.

@-bg-, I use the alternative mod launcher and there were no conflicts being shown but as I say, as soon as I take out this mod the lag disappears.

I'm not saying your mod is at fault in any way. I use many of your mods and they are always stable as far as I can see. It just seems to be a bad mix of mods. Not a clue what is causing it as I can see nothing else touches UIFacilityGrid_FacilityOverlay.

I can live without this fix, it was just a pet peeve fix that I figured I'd use but the lag was absolutely horrendous. Thanks for your great mods nonetheless -bg-.

use alternative mod launcher, it literally finds these types of conflicts for you.

@Dragon32, like I said, I'm not blaming this mod, however if others have an issue maybe they would be able to narrow down their conflicts by knowing the problem that can arise when this mod conflicts with others.

I can't for the life of me see what mod I'm using that conflicts but it seems to not be lagging now I've removed this one.
