Ryanair

Ryanair is one of Europe's most succesfull budget airliners. The Irish based company is one of the very few lowcost airliners that turn a profit.

Since it is a budget airliner, it has no first class and wants as low prices as possible. Their satisfaction is mainly based on prices, but also quite a bit based on the passenger satisfaction. The Ryanair fleet runs only Boeing 737's.
