Asset is fully re-uploaded.
For an unknown reason, when loading into the workshop, the asset was damaged. I could not even update it, just upload it again.
I checked the current release - it works.

Hi friends!

One more new building of residential complex "Admiral" is complete! Original complex located in central part of Krasnodar near the river Kuban. These buildings oriented for rich citizens, there are many 2-floor flats and penthouses. Complex contain 5 buildings, this is last building of complex (built in 2017). Original composition include 2 mirrored towers, entrance (included as individual asset) and sportcomplex (find it in my workshop).

In game:
- 25 homes;
- $99k cost;
- RICO high res.



If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.

@SonOfNitrous согласен, на ранних работах реально творится ерунда с цветами и есть другие проблемы, потребовалось время чтобы выработать некий баланс (методом проб и ошибок).
Сейчас я бы и рад переделать некоторые свои модели (та же Аврора), но все, что было сделано до февраля 2017 года, похерилось в связи со смертью жесткого диска.

@byyk751 ЖК залит отдельными частями, конкретно здесь - башня (отзеркалена по осям Х,Y, можно компановать как угодно), перемычка и тренажерка - отдельно. На скринах они объединены так, как построены в жизни с помощью мода MoveIt!

весь жк это один объект в игре (2 башни и 2 малые секции)? нельзя сделать все раздельно? уж очень башни хороши вышли...
