This is 1 of the tallest and yet quite old building around the neighbourhood.

This building should be Level 4-5 because of it height. Else just like the picture, it would leave a weird talled building right behind 1 home resident.

@katycatDan it's require to have High residential zoning below it. If you want to place it without the zoning, use Growable mod.

I uses Maya. but any 3D software would do the trick, like Blender, 3DS Max

Oh, with as much picture references i gathered, i created the building in a 3D application programe and import it into the game!

Hmm strange. I'll take a look and try and figure out why
