TF2 Texture Fix and Decal Replacement

For this to work, restart Garry's Mod.
This addon modifies the replacement textures for the missing TF2 textures. It applies the intended TF2 texture into the replacement texture. This means, when Garry's Mod can't find the texture, it uses the replacement, which, in fact, is the texture that it can't find.
An example of this:
Original Replacement Texture: Windows set in concrete (An outside building wall)
Missing Textrure: Concrete (Pipes, walls, floors, tunnels, bridges...)
This Addon: Missing Texture is the new Original Replacement Texture
Result: Windowless pipes, floors, interior walls, etc.
NOTE: Since this overrides the use of the Original Replacement Texture, ANY OTHER MAPS MAY APPEAR WITH THE TF2 TEXTURE.
To revert this, disable, then restart Garry's Mod. If that doesn't work, unsubscribe, then restart Garry's Mod.
