Combine Soldiers (Rifleman and Shotgunner replacement)

Replaces the riflemen and shotgunners in Serious Sam 3 with Combine Soldiers from Half-Life 2 (with sounds also included).

Known issues:
- There are some minor problems with the animations but they shouldn't be too distracting while playing.
- When a combine is kicked it still plays the old SS3 soldier sound. I could not find a way to replace it.
- Conflicts with other mods that replace the soldier gibs (eg.: Ultragib)
