I followed a guide on Youtube, that I need to start the game and go to Options > Game > Enable workshop. But every time I do this and then close the game, it goes to NO. I don't get any options to enable this. I have no clue what I do wrong.

Would really be nice if someone could help me. I did a lot of maps back in the days, it was a setting in the Steam/or when Wonid was a thing you downloaded "valve hammer editor". With a lot of configs for stuff. Sure I'm old today, but this was the way you did back in the days.
