PLEASE HELP ME
I’ve recently got back into CS2 and it’s currently unplayable.

When playing the game, every 10 - 20 seconds everything will completely stop, no sound, nothing moves and then it catches up, like teleporting people and bullets to the spot.

Now the weird part is it doesn’t happen all the time, it happens only when I play with my friends and only about 80% of the time then.
I can solo queue all day and be fine and then when I play with them it is constantly happen.

This is the only game I’ve ever had this issue on and I religiously play like 4-5 games on and off stuff with WAY more hardware requirements.

SOLUTIONS: so far I have tried
- Uninstalling/reinstalling
- Switching the drive it’s stored on
- Steam “support” suggested I add -autoconfig to launch settings before saying my PC was bad and ending the help.
- changing a few audio settings that online said might be the problem
- updating drivers
- optimizing CS2 drivers
- changing power and performance modes on my PC
- changing every graphic setting individually to the lowest setting possible
- playing in a colder room to see if it’s overheating

SPECS:
Nvidia 3080 Ti
Intel I7 9700k
64gbs of DDR4 ram

Could be a server problem? Am I cooked? Steam didn’t help at all so I need you guys please
